Recommendations
Comfortable and warm clothing (Jeans, light jacket and tennis shoes) and we discourage wearing (heels, sandals, flip flops, shorts and sunglasses).
- Eat food the day of the flight and no later than 1 hour before the flight.
- You can not be in a state of intoxication or hallucinogenic substances.
- Bring identity document: Passport, ID, original DNI.
- If you are prone to dizziness and take medication, you can ask the guide when pick you up to go to a drugstore to buy it.
- You can not be pregnant.
- You cannot fly if you have heart problems, tachycardia at rest, ventricular extrasystole, seizures currently or in the last 5 years, spinal, knee, or hip problems, hip replacement, phobias of heights, current psychiatric treatment or in the last 6 months Diabetes, dyspnea, grade 2 obesity, recent cosmetic surgeries, postoperative state, hypertension or hypotension, vertigo.
Information: Before the flight the Pilot will give the basic safety instructions for the moment of takeoff, flight and landing.
The maximum recommended weight for the flight is 265 pounds or 120 kilograms.

1. Acceptance of Terms.
By accessing and using the services of Tours Medellín Paisa, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms, we urge you not to use our services.
2. Reservations and Payments.
a. To make a reservation, you must provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to cancel reservations in case of inaccurate information.
b. Full payment must be made before the start of the tour.
c. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any changes will not affect confirmed bookings.
3. Cancellations and Refunds.
a. Cancellations must be made with a minimum of 8 days' notice to receive a full refund (less payment platform commisions). Cancellations within 3 days will not be eligible for a refund.
b. Tours Medellín Paisa reserves the right to cancel a tour due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. In such a case, a full refund (less payment platform commisions) or the option to reschedule will be offered.
c. Only in the paragliding tour, if upon arrival at the destination site, the weather conditions do not allow the flight, 60% of the value of the tour will be refunded (less payment platform commisions) taking as a reference the value of the individual tour on our website.
4. Customer Responsibility.
a. Participants are responsible for their health and well-being during the tour. Tours Medellín Paisa is not liable for personal injuries or loss of belongings.
b. Participants must follow the guide's instructions and respect local and cultural norms. Failure to do so may result in expulsion from the tour without a refund.
c. Medical assistence service are include in all our tours.
5. Changes in Itineraries.
Tours Medellín Paisa reserves the right to make changes to itineraries and scheduled activities due to weather conditions, unforeseen events, or other circumstances beyond our control. Efforts will be made to provide suitable alternatives in such cases.
6. Intellectual Property.
All intellectual property rights related to our services and content are owned by Tours Medellín Paisa. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of such content is not permitted.
7. Applicable Law.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Colombia, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Medellín - Antioquia.
